The Barrett MRAD MK22™ defines a new class of long-range rifles by providing even greater capability within the MRAD rifle platform. With unfailing precision and Sub-MOA performance, this bolt action sniper rifle adapts to a variety of user needs by converting between 7.62 x 51mm, 300 Norma Magnum and 338 Norma Magnum calibers. With 3 user changeable calibers included, the MK22 allows the user to change barrel configurations easily and quickly with the use of only 1 tool.

The MK22 bolt rides in a unique enclosed polymer bolt guide. This arrangement provides smooth reliable operation even in harsh environments where traditional designs with insufficient clearance can bind. The trigger group is able to be removed from the lower receiver of the rifle quickly and with no tools. This feature enhances the modularity of the MK22 system and aides in field serviceability. The polymer cheek piece is adjustable for comb height to suit individual users. No tools required. The part is also reversible to present two different side profiles to the shooters face. Perfect repeatable eye alignment to the optic is the goal. The safety selector is able to be installed by the user to present the lever on either side of the rifle based on preference. A short 45 degree throw allows easy operation with minimal disturbance to the firing gap and sight. The aluminum chassis features a folding stock with adjustable length of pull which is easily adjustable by pressing a single button located at the top of the stock. The locking mechanism engages two shafts allowing the buttstock to stand up to grueling military drop tests. The folding stock employs a robust hinge and latch mechanism that unlocks to fold with a single button press. The stock folds to the right so the overall width remains slim and the bolt handle is protected. The Mk22’s M-LOK compatible upper receiver enables the user to customize accessory configurations with the industry standard mounting points. Modularity is enhanced with the 3-9 slot M-LOK rails.
