Radical Firearms has been machining AR-platform rifles, uppers, and barrels in Stafford, Texas for over a decade. Every barrel is button-rifled in-house from 4150 chromoly vanadium. Every bolt carrier group is nitride-treated. Every receiver is forged 7075-T6. We don’t outsource critical components — that’s how we hold mil-spec tolerances and keep prices honest.
When you buy direct from us, you skip the three-tier distribution markup. The same rifle a big-box store charges $1,400 for lands on your transferring dealer’s FFL for the price we can actually justify.

FAQ — RADICAL FIREARMS
Where are your rifles made?
Stafford, Texas. Barrels button-rifled in-house; uppers and lowers machined on our own CNC equipment. We hold our own FFL 07 / SOT Class II manufacturing license.
Do you ship to my state?
All 50 states. We ship every firearm to the transferring FFL dealer of your choice — you handle the 4473 background check at pickup. California, New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts compliant configurations on request.
What about NFA items?
Suppressors and SBRs require Form 4 processing through your transferring dealer. ATF wait times currently run 60–180 days. The transferring dealer handles all paperwork; we ship the item once the tax stamp is approved.
