The RAPIDE (Heat) boasts performance enhancing features such as stepped cocking
serrations, slide lightening cuts for faster lock time, DLC black barrel for extreme durability,
flush fitting extended magwell, new V-Cut match grade trigger—breaking crisply at 4-5lbs,
KimPro II black finish steel frame steel frame with picatinny rail, as well as white dot sights
with a rear optic cover plate featuring a built in rear sight. The new for 2023 RAPIDE (Heat)
is equipped with Kimber StiplexTM front strap texturing, as well as black and red G10 Grips
for additional grip confidence; finished with KimPro II for additional resistance to chemicals,
moisture, salt and UV light. RAPIDE (Heat) will ship with one 8 round Tac-Mag Magazine.
All of these features are coupled with the standout features that can be found across the
Kimber 1911 Custom Platform. Barrels are machined from stainless steel to critical match
grade dimensions, hand fitted to the frame, slide and bushing, with match-grade chambers
to realize its true accuracy potential. Slides with lowered and flared ejection ports that
aid brass during ejection, match grade triggers breaking crisp and clean for increased
confidence and accuracy, and a commander style hammer which will not snag.
