Built for the Shooter, Not the Distributor.

Radical Firearms started on a simple idea: an AR-platform rifle shouldn’t cost $1,400 just because it passed through three hands between the factory and the consumer. We opened our doors in Stafford, Texas to build rifles the way we wanted to own them — mil-spec where it counts, honest priced, and direct from the machine that made them.

Every barrel is button-rifled in-house.

We don’t outsource our barrels to a contract shop overseas. Every 4150 chromoly vanadium (CMV) blank runs through our own button-rifling machines in Stafford, gets nitride-treated in our own tanks, and is chambered on our own CNC equipment. That’s how we hold 1-MOA accuracy standards across pistol-length carbines up to 24″ long-range uppers.

Forged receivers, nitride bolts, pinned gas blocks.

Our receivers are forged 7075-T6 — not cast, not billet-from-extrusion. Our bolt carrier groups are Melonite-treated for a lifetime of cycling. Our gas blocks are low-profile and pinned to the barrel at the factory so you never chase a loose set-screw in the field. The rifle you receive was test-fired before it left our floor.

Direct from manufacturer means fair pricing.

When you skip the distributor and the retail markup, the math changes. A complete 16″ 5.56 rifle that retails at big-box stores for $1,400 lands on your FFL through us at a price we can defend line-by-line: cost of barrel, cost of upper, cost of lower, cost of BCG, cost of furniture, fair labor, fair margin. No chain-of-custody markup.

Seven chamberings, one platform.

We build the full caliber lineup: 5.56 NATO, .223 Wylde, .300 Blackout, 7.62×39, 6.5 Grendel, 6.8 SPC II, 350 Legend, .308 Winchester, and 6.5 Creedmoor. Pistol-length to rifle-length gas. Carbine to precision bolt-guns. Whatever the job — home defense, hunting, competition, long-range — we chamber for it.

Ships to all 50 states.

Every firearm ships direct from our Texas facility to the transferring FFL dealer of your choice. You handle the 4473 background check in person. California, New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts-compliant configurations available on request. NFA items (suppressors, SBRs) require Form 4 paperwork through your transferring dealer.
