Featuring SIG SAUER’s innovative slide-integrated expansion chamber for reduced recoil and the all-new AX3 three-way, fully-adjustable, flat-faced trigger for complete control. The P226-XFIVE LEGION also features suppressor height XRAY3 front and adjustable rear sights and the signature Cerakote Elite LEGION Gray finished frame and optic-ready slide, fitted with custom LEGION TXG grips. The new P226-XFIVE LEGION is truly the ultimate addition to the LEGION.
The P226 is the pistol that set the standard by which all other combat handguns are measured. Designed as SIG’s entrant in the military trials to replace the 1911, today the P226 is in use by the U.S. Navy SEALs, Federal agents, and numerous law enforcement agencies including the Texas Rangers, Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Michigan State Police to name a few.
Shoot confidently and enjoy the crisp reliability of the P226’s smooth single-action trigger. The Legion P226 X5 is finished in a proprietary Legion gray PVD coating, custom TXG grips with a magwell, the SIG SAUER Electro-Optics X-RAY high visibility day/night sights and comes with three magazines. The P226 includes a reduced and contoured Elite beavertail, which allows for a higher grip, but a reduced profile, thus eliminating printing. More aggressive front strap checkering and additional checkering under the trigger guard enhance the grip. An X-Five undercut has been applied to the trigger guard, allowing for a higher grip and greater control. Front cocking serrations provide greater purchase for cycling the action, clearing the firearm, or conducting press checks. Also features a low profile slide catch levers to reduce the risk of snagging. An enhanced polished action with the SIG Master Shop Super Match Flat Trigger provides exceptional feel and consistent trigger pull regardless of finger placement.
